Returns

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition and returned in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
